After a number of years providing a wide variety of food and household products and great customer service to the Maltese community, the iconic GS superstore brand is changing its name to Valyou Supermarket. The change goes beyond just the name and the branding. The company is completely reinventing itself around the new brand promise of providing added value to each and every customer through the product offering and their experience. In addition, another Valyou Supermarket will be opening shortly in Mellieha (the former Belleview site).
As part of the rebranding exercise, all elements of the brand experience of the supermarket will be changing, including new exterior and instore store signage, new and improved product offering and a totally new store design that will make customers the centre of the whole experience. The newly designed stores will be organised by category to help simplify the shopping experience and offer more space for the customers. The redefined in-store experience will also feature a consumer-centric category assortment and will offer a feel at home warm atmosphere, giving customers the much needed added value.

All of these elements will be supported and brought to life with a new communications strategy and advertising campaign that has been developed by the Concept Stadium. “It is not every day that a client asks you to help them rethink their offering.
